Scheduled light aircraft (Air Excel, Regional Air, Coastal, Auric) and private Cessnas/King Airs link Arusha to Seronera, Kogatende, Grumeti, Manyara and Zanzibar. We pad 90 minutes at Arusha Airport and never stack more than one weather-sensitive hop on arrival day. Climb groups land JRO and transfer to Moshi — Machame, Marangu and Londorossi (Lemosho/Northern Circuit) gates are road mornings from the hotel, not a same-day inbound.

Who is a Tanzania conference for?

Can we run a conference in the Serengeti?
A sit-down and a modest working room at Four Seasons, yes. A full congress belongs in Arusha. Safari is the overlay.
How does a Tanzania conference differ from a Tanzania meeting or a Zanzibar event?
