Speke Munyonyo is the house when the list is a conference, not a 12-person board. Kampala Serena and Sheraton sit in the capital. Lake Victoria Serena for lake-and-golf events. Staging, banquet and room-block belong in Kampala or at Munyonyo. Entebbe is the gateway, not the conference city, unless the brief never leaves the water.
Forest and gorilla chapters are VIP overlays after the last slide, split by lodge and permit. Yellow fever often required — collect with passports. Power and wifi at forest lodges are not Nairobi. Set AV expectations in the proposal. We do not invent a plenary in a rainforest camp.
Munyonyo or Kampala hotel dates, whether banquet is in the brief, and permit timing if a forest overlay follows drive the file. We do not publish website rates. Send headcount, dates and whether the event stays in Kampala on the RFP form.

Constraints
Access
Scheduled and charter flights to Kihihi, Kisoro, Kasese and Kidepo save punishing road days. We still use the road when the scenery is the point (crater lakes) and the group is not time-poor. Helicopter is available for buy-out groups.

Only practical international gateway; 40–90 minutes to Kampala hotels, traffic dependent; 25–40 minutes to Speke Munyonyo and Lake Victoria Serena
