June–October and January–February are the incentive defaults. Avoid the long rains unless the rate story is the brief.
Incentives: Three nights is the minimum after safari; four if you want Stone Town plus a proper coast stay without packing twice.
Meetings: Park Hyatt Stone Town can host board sessions with character. Large plenary belongs in a resort conference room at The Residence or similar — we will say if the room is too small.
