How we run it

We prefer Mara conservancies for MICE: fewer minivans, night drives, and a community fee we can explain in the proposal. The balloon is booked as whole baskets. Nairobi the night before keeps Wilson Airport civilised.

This is how Kenya wins a short diary. A Nairobi working session, Wilson after lunch, conservancy sundowner. US, Canada and Latin America groups should not connect internationally the same day they leave camp.

Angama, &Beyond Bateleur, Mahali Mzuri and JW Marriott Masai Mara are typical beds. Park-inside lodges exist when the list needs more rooms — we will say when the product becomes minivans.
