How we run it

Destination research puts food programmes next to golf and catamarans for Mauritius MICE. We prefer a kitchen the group can sit in over a stadium Sega. When Sega is requested, it is a contracted set with a start and an end, not an endless loop at the dessert station.

Grand Bassin is a sacred site. We only add it when the guest list’s culture makes that the right morning — never as generic ‘colour’.

What is included

  • — Sega only if requested, contracted, and backed up indoors
  • — Dietary collected — the island’s kitchens can do it if we ask early

What we will not do

  • — Not a 400-person arena show as the default gala.
