Incentive houses brief Kenya because Jomo Kenyatta is a true hub and the Mara can tell the same migration story as the northern Serengeti on a shorter night count. This page is the Kenya incentive brief — not a Nairobi meetings page, and not the safari-format explainer.
Typical formats: a Nairobi night, then Wilson to the Mara; Nairobi then Amboseli for elephants and Kilimanjaro on a shorter hop; or a Kenya-only beach close at Diani. We do Mara and Amboseli on longer Kenya programmes, not in three nights.
Camps we already brief include Angama, Bateleur, Mahali Mzuri and JW Marriott Masai Mara. Conservancy nights allow driving the main reserve cannot. Conservancy fees belong on the proposal as a line — they are part of the product, not a surprise. Park-inside lodges are used when we need the beds; we will say when the product becomes minivans.
Choose Kenya when time is short. Choose Tanzania when the brief is the Serengeti name and a longer night count. A Kenya glance is not a pairwise ranking — tell us the diary and we will say which file we would write.
Conservancy fees, Wilson lifts, single versus double occupancy, and peak Mara dates drive the brief. We do not publish website rates. Send the diary length and occupancy on the RFP form.

Mara conservancies for buy-outs and night drives. Larger bush lodges (around 77 rooms) when the list is up to 150 sharing. Park-inside lodges when we need the beds — we will say when the product becomes minivans. Nairobi the night before Wilson.
Constraints
Access
Wilson Airport is the operational heart: 45-minute scheduled hops to the Mara, about 50 minutes to Amboseli, or private Cessnas for groups that need to move together. Road to Amboseli is 4–5 hours via Emali — we use it only when the brief is experiential or the airstrip is closed. We use road for Nairobi city and, occasionally, for a scenic Rift Valley drive.

Send company, headcount, occupancy (single versus double), dates and whether the brief is Mara, Amboseli or both on the RFP form. Diary length is what lets us choose Kenya over a longer Tanzania file.
Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Zanzibar require a yellow fever vaccination certificate upon arrival. We collect it with passports on the rooming list — do not leave it to the airport queue.
