Each gorilla family visit is capped, typically at eight. A 24-person incentive is three families and a choreography. Golden monkeys, Kigali and Akagera keep the programme from being one trek and out.
Contract permits at programme approval, not as an options sheet. Plastic-bag-free arrival is briefed so the airport is not the first memory.

One&Only Gorilla’s Nest, Singita Kwitonda, Wilderness Bisate, Sabyinyo. Wilderness Magashi when the brief also wants a savanna night inside Rwanda.

Access
Road to Volcanoes (Musanze) is the standard: paved, 2.5–3 hours, we use private coaches or 4x4s with a rest stop. Nyungwe is a longer scenic drive or a domestic hop when schedules allow. Helicopter transfers can be arranged for ultra-high-end groups.

Rwanda gorilla permits, a Kenya or Tanzania savanna chapter, then Mauritius or Seychelles. Nine nights is the honest minimum. Compressing this into six nights makes the trip feel like airports.

Nairobi and the Mara first, then Kigali and a trek. Permits booked at programme approval. Eight nights is the minimum if you refuse to trek on a travel day. Reverse the order only if KGL metal is the better inbound.

Executive retreats in RwandaGorillas are why most Rwanda RFPs exist. We add golden monkeys, Nyungwe, Akagera or Lake Kivu when the night count allows the group to arrive as guests, not as transit.
Rwanda for polish, short transfers and One&Only/Singita inventory. Uganda for permit value and a fuller safari. Many programmes do Rwanda gorillas and Kenya or Tanzania savanna — not both forests in six nights.
Secure gorilla permits before announcing dates to winners. Lodge inventory around Volcanoes sells out 12–18 months ahead in peak months.
Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Zanzibar require a yellow fever vaccination certificate upon arrival. We collect it with passports on the rooming list — do not leave it to the airport queue.
