Incentive houses brief Uganda when the file wants primates plus a fuller programme, not a fly-in Volcanoes morning. This page is the Uganda incentive brief — not a Rwanda polish page, not a Kenya city-and-bush page, and not a conference-scale Kampala product.
Formats we already write: a Bwindi-centred trek with lodges split by fitness; Bwindi plus Kibale chimps or Queen Elizabeth / Kyambura savanna; director-scale Kidepo when emptiness is the point; and an optional Jinja contrast after forest, with rafting opt-in only. Kampala can hold a working night first. Entebbe is the gateway, not the meeting city.
Permit cost can look kinder than Rwanda. Total trip cost is not automatically lower. Forty people in Bwindi means split lodges and trek days. Yellow fever often belongs on the first agency checklist. Peak forest lodges still want 12–18 months.
Rwanda is the compact, permit-tight alternative. Safari-as-format sits on the corporate safari page. We will not surprise a guest with a six-hour steep trek, or sell Kidepo as a one-night tag after Entebbe.

Clouds, Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp, Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge. Kyambura Gorge Lodge for the savanna chapter. Apoka for Kidepo — small, extra air, director-scale.
Constraints
Access
Scheduled and charter flights to Kihihi, Kisoro, Kasese and Kidepo save punishing road days. We still use the road when the scenery is the point (crater lakes) and the group is not time-poor. Helicopter is available for buy-out groups.

Only practical international gateway; 40–90 minutes to Kampala hotels, traffic dependent; 25–40 minutes to Speke Munyonyo and Lake Victoria Serena

Yellow fever often belongs on the first agency checklist. We circulate the current rule with the packing list rather than inventing a medical protocol on the website.
Fitness on the rooming list, whether the list will split lodges, whether savanna or Jinja is in, and 12–18 months for permits and forest rooms. Send that on the RFP form.
Send company, headcount, dates, trek fitness, and whether Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Kidepo or Jinja is in play on the RFP form. That is enough for a first outline.
Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Zanzibar require a yellow fever vaccination certificate upon arrival. We collect it with passports on the rooming list — do not leave it to the airport queue.
