Can we run incentive trips in Zanzibar?

Stone Town is UNESCO; the north and east coasts hold the five-star inventory incentive houses expect. We strip the souvenir gauntlet and keep the scent.

Large groups need two dhows and a beach-gala backup. Mnemba Island is about twelve people. Tides run the east-coast swim, not the brochure.

Access

How groups arrive

20–60 minutes by road to most north and east hotels; Stone Town is 15 minutes from the airport in light traffic. We never put a gala on arrival night for groups flying in from Kogatende the same day — we put a quiet seafood dinner instead.

How many nights on Zanzibar after a Tanzania safari?

Three is the professional minimum. Four if you want Stone Town plus a coast stay without packing twice.

Can we hold a 100-person incentive gala on the beach?

Yes at the larger five-stars, with a tide plan, lighting and a wind backup. Not on Mnemba.

Is Zanzibar part of Tanzania for visas?

Yes, with its own rhythm, dress code in Stone Town and Friday patterns. We brief accordingly.

Do we need yellow fever certificates for Zanzibar?

Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Zanzibar require a yellow fever vaccination certificate upon arrival. We collect it with passports on the rooming list — do not leave it to the airport queue.

Do guests need Zanzibar inbound travel insurance?

Zanzibar requires all non-resident foreign visitors to purchase mandatory inbound travel insurance issued exclusively by the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (ZIC). Buy it online before travel at https://inbound.visitzanzibar.go.tz/
