Day 1
Arrive Kilimanjaro · Arusha
Meet-and-greet at JRO. Transfer to an Arusha house. Briefing only — no crater on landing night.

Day 2
Fly Serengeti
Scheduled or private hop into the Serengeti. Afternoon game drive. Sundowner. Working dinner only if the brief still needs it.

- Logistics

- River crossings are never sold as a certainty. Peak July–October needs 12–18 months.
