Yes. Kenya is the East Africa meeting destination with a real hub: Nairobi five-stars that hold AV, then Wilson Airport to the Mara or Amboseli after lunch. City hotels run to 300+ rooms. Most Mara bush lodges sleep 150 on double occupancy (75 single); their meeting rooms are 80–120.

Can we run corporate meetings in Kenya?

Corporate event managers and travel agents brief Kenya when the diary is short and the meeting still has to be a meeting. Hemingways, JW Marriott Nairobi, Hyatt Regency, Villa Rosa Kempinski and Fairmont the Norfolk hold a closed board. We do not put a 200-slide agenda in a dusty mess tent unless the client asks in writing.

The Kenya product is city-plus-bush in one itinerary. A Nairobi night protects long-haul groups. Wilson is twenty to forty minutes from most hotels when traffic allows — we pad it. Same-morning safari after a 16-hour inbound is how the first session fails.

Nairobi for the working session and for any plenary above about 120. Mount Kenya Safari Club when the brief wants a club table. Conservancy camps for a follow-on; larger Mara lodges for groups up to 150 sharing.

Access

How groups arrive

Wilson Airport is the operational heart: 45-minute scheduled hops to the Mara, about 50 minutes to Amboseli, or private Cessnas for groups that need to move together. Road to Amboseli is 4–5 hours via Emali — we use it only when the brief is experiential or the airstrip is closed. We use road for Nairobi city and, occasionally, for a scenic Rift Valley drive.

Can we hold a board meeting in Nairobi and fly to the Mara the same afternoon?

Yes, if the group slept in Nairobi the night before. Closed morning, Wilson after lunch, conservancy sundowner. US, Canada and Latin America lists need the city night on the way in — and usually on the way home.

Which Nairobi hotels do you use for corporate meetings?

Hemingways for a Karen board, JW Marriott or Hyatt Regency when the list needs a convention-grade room, Villa Rosa Kempinski and Fairmont the Norfolk for city inventory. We match AV, not the brochure photograph.

Is Kenya safe for a closed corporate programme?

With contracted hotels, professional drivers and a closed programme, yes. We do not run unstructured downtown evenings. The destination page holds the planner brief.

Do we need yellow fever certificates for Kenya?

Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Zanzibar require a yellow fever vaccination certificate upon arrival. We collect it with passports on the rooming list — do not leave it to the airport queue.
