Yes. Kampala is the meeting layer — Serena, Sheraton, Speke Munyonyo — then a scheduled flight west. Entebbe is the airport, not the meeting city, unless the group never leaves the lake.

Uganda meetings follow the Nairobi-plus-bush logic with a longer road and smaller forest lodges. Hold the working session in Kampala before Bwindi or Queen Elizabeth, not after a trek day.
Speke Munyonyo and Lake Victoria Serena take a conference-scale list. A 12-person board belongs at Kampala Serena or Sheraton. We do not make guests commute Kampala–Entebbe twice in a day without a reason.

Constraints
Access
Scheduled and charter flights to Kihihi, Kisoro, Kasese and Kidepo save punishing road days. We still use the road when the scenery is the point (crater lakes) and the group is not time-poor. Helicopter is available for buy-out groups.

Executive retreats in UgandaKampala when there is a meeting or a capital dinner. Entebbe or Lake Victoria Serena when the group lands late, departs early, or the brief is lake-and-golf. Entebbe is the gateway, not the default meeting city.
Only if the group slept, and only if the west is a real travel morning — fly, do not pretend the road is a footnote. Most lists need a night in the forest before the trek.
Improving, not Nairobi. We write the wifi note into the proposal. Slide-heavy agendas stay in Kampala.
Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Zanzibar require a yellow fever vaccination certificate upon arrival. We collect it with passports on the rooming list — do not leave it to the airport queue.
