Hold the working session in Kampala before Bwindi or Queen Elizabeth, not after a trek day. A 12-person board belongs at Kampala Serena or Sheraton. Speke Munyonyo and Lake Victoria Serena take a larger working event — conference-scale language lives on the Uganda conferences page.
We do not make guests commute Kampala–Entebbe twice in a day without a reason. Forest lodges are the chapter after the slides, with an honest wifi note. They are not the meeting.

Access
Scheduled and charter flights to Kihihi, Kisoro, Kasese and Kidepo save punishing road days. We still use the road when the scenery is the point (crater lakes) and the group is not time-poor. Helicopter is available for buy-out groups.
