How we run it

Room counts are the brief. We will not stretch North Island to a 60-person awards night. Helicopters, luggage limits and conservation rules go in the first operations note, not the last.

Inner islands (Four Seasons Mahé, Six Senses Zil Pasyon) can sometimes move faster than an outer-island buy-out. We will say which product the rooming list actually bought.

What is included

• — Exclusive-use or near buy-out matched to the island’s real bed count
• — Helicopter or scheduled island transfer with luggage limits in the first ops note
• — Conservation and guest-conduct rules briefed before arrival
• — A gala the island can actually hold — or none

What we will not do

• — We will say no when the photograph and the rooming list disagree.
• — No gala on the night of the long sector from safari.
