Hands-on Swahili cooking — spices, coconut, seafood — in a private kitchen or hotel school, then the group eats what they cooked. Market colour without the souvenir gauntlet.

UNESCO Stone Town on foot: palaces, the Old Fort, Darajani as colour not a shopping brief, rooftop coffee. Freddie Mercury House only if the group asks. Heat is real; we keep it to two and a half hours.

Changuu — Prison Island — a short crossing from Stone Town: giant tortoises, a reef snorkel for those who swim, and a history brief that is not a haunted-house script.

A shaded henna session at the hotel — Swahili patterns, opt-in, no pressure on guests who do not want skin art. A content hour for accompanying persons, not the centrepiece of the incentive.

A white-dress beach gala after safari: lighting, a dinner the hotel banquet team has run, and a tide-and-wind plan. Indoor backup exists. We do not gala on the night the group lands from the bush.

Guided jet ski time off a coast that actually permits it — opt-in, insurance-briefed, with a safety ski in the water. Not the whole incentive, and not for a board that did not tick the box.

Two-tank diving from a north-east or Nungwi centre — PADI-certified guests only, with a boat-level or snorkel twin for everyone else. Mnemba waters are the usual theatre; certification is collected before we book the deck.
