How we run it
Gorilla-only Uganda feels thin. Queen Elizabeth is how the programme becomes a safari. We boat the channel for hippo and birdlife — a sighting product, not a chase — and we keep Ishasha as a luck line.
Kyambura Gorge Lodge holds a corporate group better than a two-tent camp. Kidepo is the emptier alternative when the brief wants silence more than the channel.
