Incentive trips
Tanzania plus Zanzibar is the classic safari-and-sand incentive. Kenya’s Mara is best when diaries are tight. Rwanda and Uganda when gorillas are the centrepiece. Ethiopia when the brief is highlands, Lalibela and a hub that can gather a worldwide guest list. Seychelles and Mauritius close the trip on the Indian Ocean. Typical lead time: 12–18 months for peak safari.

How we design
01 · Desire
One peak memory: a crossing morning, a gorilla hour, a dhow, a private island. Everything else supports it.
02 · Honest scale
Most Kenya and Tanzania bush lodges hold about 77 rooms: 150 guests sharing, 75 on single occupancy. Four Seasons Serengeti, Meliá Serengeti and Serengeti Explorer by Elewana can each take 150 on their own. Above that — or if the list is single occupancy above 75 — we split properties. City and beach hotels run to 300+ rooms. See group size.
03 · Recovery
Safari then sand. Never a gala on the day of a border and a Cessna. Zanzibar, Seychelles or Mauritius as the last chapter.

Signature incentive experiences
3–4 nights in the north, July–October
Positioned at Kogatende or a northern concession for the Mara River — the most requested safari theatre in East Africa, with a brief that crossings are never guaranteed.
