Who is Stone Town, spice and dhow sunset for?
20–120 with split dhows

Zanzibar · Full day + evening
The Swahili incentive day: a private spice farm, a short Stone Town walk, and a private dhow at the hour the light goes copper.
We strip the souvenir gauntlet and keep the scent. Large groups need two dhows and a beach-gala backup. This is the evening that makes a three-night Zanzibar finale feel designed.
Park Hyatt Stone Town holds a characterful board; The Residence, Zuri and Kilindi hold the beach close. We do not gala on the night the group flies in from the Serengeti.
20–120 with split dhows
Outside the long rains is the professional dhow window. We hold a beach-gala backup when wind and swell disagree. Lead time: 8–12 months for private dhows and Park Hyatt or Residence room blocks. Duration on the ground: Full day + evening.

Sample programmes

6 nights · 7-day outline
Kilimanjaro arrival, Serengeti or Ngorongoro, then a Zanzibar finale. The classic East Africa incentive arc: bush, then Indian Ocean recovery. Three beach nights is the professional minimum after safari.
16–80 qualifiers (split camps if over ~40)

6 nights · 7-day outline
Mara conservancy, then a full travel day to ZNZ — not a gala on the hop. Three beach nights is the professional minimum after dust. Spice and dhow on a non-arrival afternoon.
16–80 (split Mara camps)

6 nights (9 with optional Zanzibar extension) · 11-day outline
An Arusha working morning for slide-heavy content, then a Fort Ikoma hop to Mapito Safari Camp for a camp buy-out: butler service, all-inclusive private game drives, Boma dining and a closed leadership table in the two-bedroom villa. Optional three-night Kilindi Zanzibar extension on the north-west coast — fifteen pavilion suites with private plunge pools and dedicated butlers, matched to the same 8–16 leadership scale. Built for corporate travel buyers who want Marriott Bonvoy alignment and western Serengeti wildlife, with Indian Ocean recovery that is not a 200-room resort.
