How we run it

Not everyone snorkels. A glass-bottom boat is how a mixed-age or mixed-fitness group still gets the reef without a mask. We book it private, brief the skipper, and do not pretend it is a dive.

North-east Mnemba waters and some east-coast lagoons are the usual ground. Clarity is weather. When the glass shows nothing, we shorten the ride and move to shade and a tasting, not a longer disappointment.
