Arusha coffee and city

Coffee estate, a measured look at a working East African city, Cultural Heritage only if the brief wants it — the meetings-first morning before safari, or the recovery loop after Kilimanjaro.

How we run it

Arusha is the operations town, not a theme park. We walk a contracted coffee estate, keep the city brief short, and do not sell a three-hour souvenir circuit. Gran Meliá and Legendary Lodge hold a board table; Moshi holds a climb hotel — we will not mix those products quietly.

Early JRO arrivals can do the estate the same afternoon if they slept on the plane. Transatlantic groups sleep first.

What is included

• — Private coffee estate walk and tasting, not a gift-shop gauntlet
• — Vehicle and a guide who can hold a corporate group
• — Optional Cultural Heritage or city viewpoint — never mandatory shopping

What we will not do

• — Not a safari day. If the brief is wildlife, fly or drive to Tarangire or the crater.
• — No six-hour city loop on landing day from the US or Latin America.
