How we run it

Conservancies (Mara North, Naboisho, Olare Motorogi) give us a quieter set than the main reserve car park. We contract the site with the camp, keep speeches short, and do not import a nightclub onto the grass unless the client writes it.

Angama, Bateleur, Mahali Mzuri and JW Marriott Masai Mara hold different scales. Split camps still dine together only if the road and the wildlife protocol allow it.

What is included

  • — Contracted conservancy or camp site, lighting, dining-tent backup
  • — Dietary collected; a lodge indoor alternative
  • — Cultural performance only if requested and contracted with the community partner

What we will not do

  • — No bush gala the night the group flies Wilson from Nairobi after a long-haul.
  • — We will not stage a 200-person white party on a public Mara road.
