How we run it

This is how we protect both the meeting and the incentive. No boardroom in a dusty mess tent unless the client asks for it. The city does the work; the Mara does the memory.

Hemingways, JW Marriott, Hyatt Regency Nairobi or Villa Rosa Kempinski hold AV that actually works. Wilson is twenty minutes when the traffic gods allow — we pad it. The Mara conservancy is the afternoon, not a 200-slide day two in canvas.

US and Latin America groups need a Nairobi night on the way home. We write that into the first outline, not as a surprise on the invoice.

What is included
