How we run it
We fly ADD–LLI, hotel at altitude, and split groups so 80 people are not one queue in a nave. Galas stay at the lodge. A parallel coffee or highland-view morning exists for anyone who should not descend into the trenches.
Altitude starts in Addis. We do not run Lalibela on the afternoon a transatlantic group lands. Hyatt, Sheraton or Skylight first, then the historic north.
