How we run it

The working session and origin coffee for the board lives on the Addis meeting page. This circuit is the accompanying programme: museum, coffee, a viewpoint, done in 3–4 hours. Merkato is Africa’s largest open market and a crowd — we only add it if the brief wants that energy.

Diplomatic-quarter drives are a tone choice. We do not run a folkloric dinner the night of a Memorial-style cultural dump; Ethiopia’s gala is a lodge or hotel banquet with a coffee ceremony done properly, not a costume parade unless requested.
