Mount Kenya Safari Club

Historic club atmosphere, golf, gardens and meeting rooms between Nairobi and the north — a board or incentive venue that is less wild than the Mara, on purpose.

How we run it

Nanyuki is a road or a short hop from Nairobi. The Club holds a working session that a six-tent camp cannot. We use it for leadership retreats, a glamour incentive that wants fireplaces not dust, or a buffer night before Laikipia.

This is not a Big Five morning. Guests who were sold the Mara will be disappointed if this is the only bush chapter. We say so in the first outline.

What is included

• — Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club or a contracted Nanyuki peer
• — Meeting room that can actually hold AV
• — Golf, gardens or a mountain viewpoint — peak views weather-dependent
• — Road or scheduled hop from Nairobi written as a real transfer

What we will not do

• — Not a Mara or Amboseli substitute.
• — Kilimanjaro is in Tanzania. This is Mount Kenya — we keep the names honest.
