How we run it

Adventurous clients search Machame versus Lemosho versus Marangu. The honest answer is days, not slogans: longer western and northern routes acclimatise; short hut itineraries fail more often. Summit night is cold and slow. Porters, oxygen and a descent plan are in the ops note.

Safari starts after a sleep in Moshi — never a crater morning after Uhuru. Non-climbers get a twin-track Moshi and coffee-country programme, not a punishment bus at the gate.

This is a trek, not a technical alpine route — and altitude still decides who stands on the crater rim. We collect medical honesty with the rooming list.
