How we run it
Simien and Lalibela are the incentive peaks. Bishoftu is the meeting that still feels like Ethiopia. We use Kuriftu when the brief is EXCO, not a 200-delegate plenary — plenary stays at Skylight or Sheraton.
Do not put a dealer conference on the lake and a church day in the same 36 hours.
