Should we combine Tanzania, Kenya and an island in one incentive?
Yes, if you have nights enough — safari then Zanzibar, Seychelles or Mauritius; gorillas then savanna; Ethiopia then lagoon. No, if you are collecting countries like stamps.
What we tell planners
The classic that still works: Kilimanjaro – Serengeti or Ngorongoro – Zanzibar. Six to eight nights. Guests understand it. Operations are ours daily. Kenya Mara plus Tanzania Serengeti is a migration story with an immigration design (fly via Arusha or a coordinated land border). It is a product, not a last-minute idea.
An island finale does not have to be Zanzibar. Kenya or Tanzania safari then Mauritius is the larger-gala and golf close, with a full travel day and no gala on the night of the long sector. Safari then Seychelles is the luxury granite close — inner islands for 40–80, private island only when the rooming list is honest. Do not safari-depart and awards-dinner the same night in any of the three oceans.
Gorillas plus savanna plus beach is the premium trilogy: Rwanda or Uganda, then Kenya or Tanzania, then Zanzibar, Seychelles or Mauritius. That is 9–12 nights. Ethiopia can open a worldwide guest list in Addis, then Lalibela and Simien, then a Mauritius lagoon — highlands and Indian Ocean, not a safari copy. Compressing any of these into six nights is how programmes feel like airports.
We will not staple eight countries together because the map looks impressive. We build one operations owner, one rooming list, one emergency protocol. Multi-country is not three separate holidays stapled together.
